The ONLY wristbands with food coupons (Pre-sale) are on sale now WHILE SUPPLY LASTS.
The $30 pre-sale wristbands are now on sale June 15th at the Visitor’s Center daily 9-5 Sat&Sun 9-4/Koehler Welding M-Fr 8-5, and Craig Toyota daily 8-6 Sat 8-1. Other locations are: German American (local) banks, Kroger, CVS Pharmacy Madison and Hanover, Main Source (local) banks, Thomas Family Winery, Farmers Bank of Milton, Fillin’ Station Liquors, The Barbershop on Main, The Bottle Shop, Millers’ Automotive, Madison Precision, Grote, Village Lights Book Store.
Online and phone orders will be charged a $1 handling fee per wristband.
Pre-sale wristband quantities will be limited.

All wristbands purchased online will be available at “Will Call”. You will get an email receipt when you purchase online. Bring that receipt or a picture ID. If someone other than purchaser is picking up wristbands they MUST HAVE the actual email receipt. The Will Call location has not changed in many years; the tent is at Broadway and First St. See the Will Call tent hours listed below.
2017 Advance wristbands and Gate wristband prices are:
Advance wristbands $30 (no food coupons) will be available AFTER pre-sale is over until August 16th online and by phone;
you may still purchase Advance wristbands “in person” at select business locations through Wednesday, August 16th;
and “in person” at the Visitor’s Center until 4:30 pm, Thursday August 17th .
No wristbands will be sold on Friday, August 18th until the gates open at 5:00 pm.
Beginning Friday, August 18th wristbands will only be available at the gates when they open at 5:00 pm.
Gate wristband price $35. If you purchase your wristband on Friday it will be good for both days.
All wristbands are NON REFUNDABLE.

AFTER 4p SATURDAY, WRISTBANDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AT THE POPLAR ST. GATE.
Children 12 years old and younger are admitted free to Ribberfest when accompanied by a paying adult. Be sure to check out the Piglet Pen as well!
Things to leave at home:
These items will not be allowed into the gate during the event weekend: Coolers, food, beverages, pets, umbrellas, canopies, golf carts, bikes,roller blades, or skates, and hula-hoops. We are limited on space for these activities.
We will have additional camping available in Madison again this year. In addition to camping at Clifty Falls State Park, there will be camping at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Spots will again be $15 per night with water & electric. There will also be showers available. For further information call Lonnie at 812-265-8919. We are sorry for the inconvenience but there will be NO SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM FAIRGROUNDS THIS YEAR. Hopefully our campers at the Fairgrounds will have an extra vehicle to get downtown. Due to a scheduling conflict the trolley will be unable to offer shuttle service. Our local taxi service is Hilltop Taxi — 812-265-3337.
